Peter formed his own practice, Frith Architects in 1988 before being joined by Geoff Williams in 1989 when the name of the practice was changed to Frith Williams Architects. Now following the retirement of Geoff, he has been joined by Julie Widdowson as co-director of the newly renamed practice.
Qualifying from the Birmingham School of Architecture in 1981, Peter has experience in all manor and types of projects, from working with Rod Hackney the well-known Community Architect to major Design and Build projects for the Ministry of Defence and Atomic Energy Authority.
More recently he has furthered his interest in the conservation of historic buildings by completing a Post-graduate Diploma in Historic Environment Conservation.
Outside the office Peter is a school governor, plays tennis, enjoys following Formula 1 racing, is trying to learn to play the guitar and is a keen supporter of the Hepatitis C Trust.
